Hello, I’m Kayla! I am an enneagram 4w3. Why does this matter? It means I love making designs that make people FEEL something – I want the event to feel magical and intimate and genuinely raw emotions!
I am an introvert and an empath, I build deep connections with those who vibe with me, and I think that’s really special to have that deep relationship during such an important and stressful event in your life.
As a planner, I truly value being your team mate along the way as I have a HUGE collaborative approach with my couples! I love finding details that make each love story unique and learning how to intertwine them into each event day. I know KJ Coordination benefits couples by providing attention to detail to their wedding day, providing guidance to questions that arise, and taking care of all details so the couple and families can celebrate!
When I’m not helping couples achieve their dreams, I enjoy spending time at the lake with my wonderful husband and son, or cuddling up with my kitties and bunnies. I can’t wait to meet you soon!

Hey there! I’m Destiney! My husband and I haven’t gotten the chance to have our special day so, at first, I didn’t think much of wedding planning; that is until I got a taste of how amazing it is! I’ll never forget the first wedding I helped with. It felt so natural and was great fun to help Kayla create a beautiful scene as well as put the couples’ mind at ease on their special day. From setting the reception tables, to cutting the cake. I found it all to be so much fun, so I decided to start putting my skills to use!
I’ve always had a knack for placement, detangling tough situations and always finding the natural beauty in any setting. I like Making things flow together, noticing the tiny details and finding accents to help tie in different elements. Seeing the happiness that those things attract brings me so much pride. To me, this isn’t just decorations and telling people where to be; this is every opportunity to help make someone have one of the best days of their life and I will always put my best foot forward to make that happen.
